Default HID Foglights?

Hello all.. well last night i was driving home woke up today and noticed one of my foglights was out.. so i went into my parts store and tried to get one.. now they say they dont have teh 898 bulb.. but then i check on ebay and find a set i really like...
http://cgi.ebay.ca/New-8500K-BLUE-89...QQcmdZViewItem
it says 894=891 or 898 (so im guess all these bulbs are the same)

My 2nd question after asking if these bulbs will fit is will they work well?

They say they are HID.. but do i need a HID setup to run them.. or if i just throw the bulbs into my stock setup will they work?

Thanks all!

Stupid question time.

Can one fit the new all-in-one headlight into the older Neon?.
....asside from the odd looking hole under the hood where the turn indicatore 'was'..??

If those are just light bulbs dont get them. I fell for the xenon HID light bulb **** for my headlights. Their **** they aredefinately NOT BETTER THEN STOCK. im probly gona switch back to the stock ones and buy realHIDs later on. Save your money and buy the REAL HIDs. The ebay light bulbs are a waste of time and money.

I got those Platinum ones from Silverstar is it??
And a polish kit.

Worked wonders!.
I found if I sit the right distance behind a car, I can dazzle the driver into moving over even without using my foglights... :-)
