Question one, when I get the MSD coil from MPx, should I get the MSD coil wiring harness too? (2002 SXT) Question two, I have the AEM cold air intake but I want to get the 60mm MPx throttle body. The tubing for the intake is smaller than the inlet and outlet of the TB, but I can just get 2 reducer boots to make that work right?

Heres the links:

Thanks!

The MSD is a direct replacement for the OEM coil pack. You dont need anything.

The 60mm TB will fit the existing stock stuff. You might need some lubricant to let it slide on (i used soap....), but you dont need anything special.

Yeah I just ordered the MSD coil, eibach sway bar kit, Tokicco struts, and a valve cover cap. The throttle body and headers I want will have to wait until I get mo' money.
