so i changed the bulb on the front turn signals from orange to blue.. anybody know if thats illegal or somethin? should i change em back? let me know

 

it is illegal (then again it depends where you live) most of those color bulbs say they are for "offroad use" or something like that

 

what state do you live in? im in PA and im pretty sure its illegal. you could check with your inspection place, if you get inspected in your state.

 

You sure as hell wouldn't catch me with blue bulbs in my front lights or for that matter anywhere on the exterior of the car. If you want to know you'll simply have to check what they allow. But i doubt they allow blue lights.....

I think blue lights would be looking for trouble as is most states blue is for police and emergency vehicle's only. I live in missouri and a wile back got pulled over for green turn signals on my getto probe, and was told amber was the only legal color light for the front of the vehicle.

 

i think blue would look cool on your blue car. i used to live in FL. at that time we didnt have inspections at all. guys would run all sorts of **** and all sorts of swamp buggies ran on the roads. do they have tougher laws now? inspections? or you could run down to the local doughnut shop and ask a cop.

 

lol yea things been gettin tougher now, like json said the cop said amber was the ony legal color, but what about just plain transparent? like no color at all? i think the light would be kina yellow so maybe that'll work? what u guys think?

 

just check ur gallery what kind of bulb ur runnin on ur neon? the look white when off but shine blue or somethin when they on

 

im pretty sure you can do either amber or white..
