Yep. Just jack up your car. Remove the left front wheel. There should be a few clips or screws holding the splash guard on (the plastic covering). Pull it back and there will be a twisted plastic tube. It should only be held on by a couple bolts. It's easy to remove and doesn't take long. It will give better air flow and make it sound a bit louder.
