Iam not a master mind about cars but I thought the only reason to buy better fuel injectors was only if I had turbo..? I seein one guyssig he put Accel fuel injectors does this add performance or did he buy them just to buy them thinking they were going to do something..

lol ok I was going to buy some but I remember asking someone and they told me there useless without turbo.

 

I had them but I also had a crap load of engine mods to support them I dont have them anymore Im going turbo eventually and my accident did a ton of damage to my engine mods but I wouldnt just get them unless you have other mods to help them out.

 

like what type of mods? I dont know if you saw my post about getting a loan for mods but I plan on getting headers,exhaust,intake,pulleys,and maybe some other stuff

 

Same mods as I had in my sxt what you lookin for . I have a list of what mods I had so when I find it Ill post my mods .

 

You only need larger injectors if you go turbo, even with every single bolt-on available for the Neon, and even other mods like a cam and higher CR pistons you still wouldnt need larer fuel injectors.

 

I only have Accel injectors because one of my stock ones went bad. So I bought new ones, and they aren't any larger. They are 19lb/hr which is the same as stock.
