as for the exhaust, for some reason when i installed the MMI, the tone got more aggresive, shootoverall, the car just sounds bad *** even more so....not excruciating loud but a nice rumble. i have the magnaflow s.s . cat-back, are motor mounts supposed to do that? anyway its awesome.
other than a fart can though i don't have experience with other exhausts, i have heard some clips but sometimes they don't do the exhaust justice. i have heard and read though that borla is top of the line

 

Yeah I tried one on my sxt before my stainless steel glasspack to me a cherry bomb is just like having a big muffler or rice can as you guys call it . I tried it for a week and even my stock srt exhaust sounds better than a cherry bomb I hated the sound and so did everyone else at my carshows. Not saying Im 100% correct ever just saying how I feel. To me Borla and magnaflow are the best exhaust a ride can have .

 

Wolfie, i was being sarcastic about the cherry bomb. i have had them on my dual exhaust V-8 and that sounded GOOD!

 

Maybe on a v8 a cherry bomb might sound better than a neon . Neons cherrybombs sound awful . I had an mopar borla on my acr srt4 and sounded very nice and mean. My brother in law has a borla exhaust on his 04 gt stang heavily modded engine wise and wow sounds alot meaner on his ride than it did on my acr srt4.
