After the issues with the afx udp and sound system combination, I was tired of it. I wanted to just go back to my original stock udp but I couldn't find it. I figured I might as well customize one b/c a lighter udp means it'll rev faster and the quotes that I received for stock vs customized were close. I got a quote for 110 or 125 or something for a stock udp and about 150 for a customized one. That didn't seem to be a big deal as far as the difference. I think the customized udp wasn't wide enough. The last time the belts broke it also broke a brand new tensioner that I recently replaced. + 125 again for that part. It was a lot of crap.
I ended up buying an udp from modern performance that came off an srt4 for very cheap. I did end up happy about that price.

belts break more due to incorrect installation... it is possible that the udp itself was not true, but that usually doesn't happen with good QC from the manufacturer.
