I had a trailer truck push me off the road again, luckly I only scraped my mirror off the barrier. I got in front of him, slowed to about 30ish, those horns are effing loud when your right there.

lol well im not THAT strong, but i guess above average for my size 5'6' i no im short. But i was maxing out at 140 sophmore yr when i was around 130lb. that was 3.5 yrs ago. if i was in the shape i was when i wrestled i think id be able to bench atleast 160+. 140lbs and 10% fat bitch lol but sadly good things come to an end.

go do 3 sets of 15 reps of 140lbs, with 25 push-ups right when you finish each set then run your *** over to the incline and do the same thing but with 120 lbs on the bar and over to a few other machines.... all in all its a nice 1.5-2 hr work out and im ****in BEAT when im done.... i play soccer so i dont need bulky bull**** muscle i need lean go-fast muscle.... so yea... w/e im happy with it i never felt like maxing out just b/c i never needed to... all i know is thats what i do to be able to play for like 90 min straight so it must be workin.... but if i had to max out i'd say i could prolly do 220lbs for one but idk considering i weigh like 155-160lbs i dont think thats too bad :-\

Lol, me too!!! I've always wanted something more effective than flippin the bird out the window and cussin at them when they can't hear me. I wonder how I could arrange that....
