Ok, I got my tickets on august 31st. the court date was sept 10th on the ticket. I called up and plied not guilty and the court date was rescheduled for today (oct 1) with a legal notice and all. and the prosecutor said the officer wasn't here and it was to be rescheduled again!! WTF?!?! I motioned to the judge for the case to be dismissed because of the fact that the prosecution was unprepared to take the case. and that I have a legal notice (court summons) saying that this was the date and being the officer was not in attendance that the case should be dismissed. he denied my motion and rescheduled my case AGAIN!

thats alright apparently on 6/24 I got pulled over for my plate light being out so i fixed it and Saturday I got a thing in the mail saying I was suppose to go to court on 7/18 I was like WTF

 

i never did like the police for reason like this i got harrassed by one in orange county florida and i never went back b/c of that ****

 

yeah the cops up here in orlando and specially at my school ucf are freaking dicks! if you do like 1mph over the posted limit on campus they will write you a ticket....

 

i mean damn! they should have dismissed my case! he got the same court summons as I did and he wasn't there

on a lighter note... the officer's name is kritch... kinda sounds like crotch hahahahahaha

Fight all your tickets through mail. That's my best advice. Before they get around to it, the pending charge expires and everything is dropped. I'll fish out an article I read on it earlier. Very good stuff you learn from it.
