Where do I begin to look already changed my gas cap? And can I still get my car inspected. Its a 2003 Dodge Neon Se

 

Well P0441 is "Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow". Are you sure the gas cap isnt worn and is sealing properly? Because 99% of the time thats why people throw this code...

 

I have found several posts about this issue. I had the same code (P0441), and I replaced the Vapor Purge Solenoid, and also replaced my gas cap with a new factory Mopar gas cap without any luck. I finally replaced the (NVLD) and it seems to have fixed the problem. It is located in the rear passenger side of the vehicle.
