No it didn't.

New price $210 shipped. Gary said it'll only cost 100 to reflash the pcm. That's all it needs to make it work on your car. I paid $390 + $150 core charge = $540 plus shipping. This is a great deal.

Yes I still have it. If you get it with a turbo, since it's a race pcm, you'll have to retard the timing.

I don't think it'll work on your car b/c of your year. Don't quote me on that. I'm not sure about the head either. I'll have to ask Gary Howell unless someone else on here has any knowledge on this subject.

 

Supposedly the chips don't work with Magnums at all. Supposedly.
