Default backfire

So for along time now if im like all throttle in 1st gear when it shifts it would "backfire". Like I said only when Its going from 1st to 2nd in wot. It has done it for awhile but it was really quite and not annoying. Now its really loud. Any ideas, btw i mean backfire as in I can hear it through my intake.

un burned fuel left in the exhaust... my turbo sxt would belch out flames rather than the pop. before the turbo it would do the same as yours.

INTAKE?!?!

I know a few SRT owners and they complain about backfiring because the ECU dumps fuel into the engine after you let off the gas. But through an intake???

On our cars when it backfires through the intake it usually means you have a fouled sparkplug(s)...
