Default PO340 Camshaft Position Sensor misfunction

I'm guessing I'll probably have to replace the thing...but I'm not sure what the heck it is.
could someone quickly explain how it looks like (and where it is located) on a 2002 dodge neon automatic
and a short guide to replacing it would greatly help! thanks!

Its located on the drivers side of the cylinder head just under the valve cover. Its just a small black square with a connector coming off of it...all you need is to disconnect the wire and remove four bolts. Do the process in reverse for the install and your done...should take no more then 5-10 minutes.
