You can get the tokiko springs and blue struts for around 350.00 shipped they give a really nice drop around the kind you want and any ebay intake would be cheap but a nice intake would be any k&n intake . You can find both the tokiko setup and either an ebay or k&n intakes on ebay.

They help support the springs and much better than stock struts just adds to the drop . They both come togther in a package and a few have the combo on here or other springs and the blues but cheaper if you get the tokiko package.

I personally don't like any more a drop than 1". Everybody does the 1.5" drop. This is just my opinion. I think the ride quality sucks. Neons have limited suspension travel as it is, never mind cutting it in half. Alot of people don't mind the 1.5" drop so its really a matter of preference. I drove my old 03 sxt daily and a minimum of 100 miles a day... 1" made that ride alot better.
