Special fluid you add to your headlights when they start to get dim. Most people just replace the bulbs but you can also use the fluid. Some of the higher-end lights that are more expensive require it regularly, but for the cheap bulbs it's easier to just replace them. However, if you do use the fluid on the cheap bulbs, it helps them burn brighter and clearer.

There is a reservoir behind each lamp. I dunno if you have to take the whole unit off because I just got my Neon on Sat and I haven't messed with it yet. Usually directly behind the bulb but sometimes off to one side. It doesn't take much, either.

Kalevra, you've never used the fluid? Most people don't but a few cars require them. I think I remember Adionik talking about his V-tech charged Neon using a lot because of a hole in the bottom of his headlamp fluid pan. You don't have to use the stuff but it's like washing your car. It makes it look nice.

I have a headlamp sitting on my display case that used headlamp fluid, aka kerosene.
