Default Magnum exhaust header

Well a couple months back a purchased a 2002 R/T header on ebay for about 60 bucks. I havent had the time to install it and i prob wont so im going to ask my mechanic to do it for me.
What would i need to install it?
Which exhaust gasket do i need?
Do i need to get a new 02 sensor?
Any other info would be useful

i suggest getting a new gasket, but get the non-magnum gasket. when i installed mine with the magnum MLS gasket it leaked.

you shouldn't need anything else.

It won't hurt, but no need... It would probably cheaper to find a magnum head anyway. I posted the minimum needed to make it work.

You're gonna need an o2 sensor bung...do it at a weld/exhaust shop

Cuz if you don't run an upstream sensor the car will go into limp mode

you're losing it man...

btw, not trying to rain on your parade...but if you search around 2gn, there's a guy who did the swap. the magnum head from what he said....didn't yield a whole lot on the butt dyno. which is what we almost all measure these days as the mods effectiveness. i know you already bought it, but yeah

I'd still sleep better knowing the back end is flowing better than the stock piece of crap that came with the non-magnum. Plus its lighter, and you know my motto... its not 1 place to take 100lbs, its 100 places to take 1lb.

God I know, the stock manifold is disgusting.

My friend recently replaced his Acura RSX Type S header. When I saw it last night...it looked even better than the replacement! Instead of all 4 tubes crashing into itself, it had a divider. Almost like a 4-2 kinda thing. Needless to say, you can tell Acura did it's R/D when it made that car. It looked really nice.

But the R/T header is the best shorty you can get anyway.

dude what time is it in hawaii
