Rev limiter is different from a speed limiter. I honestly have no idea about 1st gens, though.

it depends on the 1st gen neon..the ACR's have only a rev limiter wich is 7200 rpm and im not 100% sure but i think the RT's are the same?

130 in my R/T at a closed down airport, got there fairly fast and came down pretty fast, but it was a fun rush!

yes you did. lol I'm a risk taker!!! when i'm on the dyno i don't wear my seatbelt and always keep the e-brake up. i'm a daredevil!!!!!!

138 are you serious? mine does 140 in 2nd gear. never maxed it out cuz im scared to go over 220

unless you got a busa, your not getting anywhere close to 220... most are electronically limited to 180ish

We're talking MPH. Also, do you have an SRT-4 or something?
