Default Whiney Neon

'03 R/T. Starting this evening the Neon has emitted a high-pitched whine when in higher RPMs. Pretty much anything over 2500 and you can hear it over the engine. Any ideas of what it could be?

It's the choke. Got stuck open because of the cold. All better now, but with the weather like it is I'm sure it'll be back. No, I'm not in town, but I'll be up Wednesday. Sunday, too. Yes, it's my new Neon. I talked to my friend who's a mechanic, he said the same thing happened to him, he just ended up sticking a small screwdriver in there to hold it open. No ****ing way I'm doing that to my car.
