ok guys been awhile since last post but i just put on an upper motor mount insert and now my motor seems louder during acerlation (cant spell) would the insertbe causing this?

Nothing should be louder...

You should experience vibration in the car... but nothing else.

 

yeah, it seemed louder to me too. Its not that its actually "louder" but that the sound is traveling into your interior better. Since its harder and thicker it just travels right into your interior. It sounds really strange at first and my car is way louder on the highway. My girlfriend was on the phone with me when i was on the highway and she thought the windows were down.

 

same here, it changed the "sound" of my motor, im pretty sure its nothing bad

I didn't notice it was "louder" i noticed it shook like I had something bigger than 2.0l at my disposal. Now I get dissapointed whenever I touch my throttle... oh well. Not for long!!

 

ok thanks i did not think is was nothing bad, but its nice not have all the clunking around like it used to
