hi i have just lowered the back end ofmy neon on h and r springsgoing to do the frount end next weekend ran out of time to day but the rids great and the car lookseven betterbutnow i have striped them down i can see i am going to need some new rearshock real soon what shocks are best??? i am lt to what i can get hold of in the uk so any ideas would be great

our cars don't have shocks if i remmember correctly they have struts instead....but thats just a vague remmemberance if it's right or not im not sure

 

Neons have struts. And go with Tokico for that.

 

The Neon's "shocks" are integrated into the strut, so you cant repalce one without replacing the other, and that is why we call them "struts" not "shocks".

 

yea go wit tokico blues and which H&R springs u got?, mine are red

 

thanks every one i will look in to them what you think to KYB struts??? and thanks for pointing out the diff from sturts and shocks lol i always fort they were the same. my H and R springs are silver really good springs sits nice and low and grips so much better bit of a bumpy ride tho

 

i got da extreme ones, i like mine and i have da tokico blues but yet to install, ima install in my suspension class so ima save me some money and i heard dat KYB's arent good for our cars

 

thanks man went sore about them KYBs but they were the only ones i could fined. i think i will be going with the tokico onces

 

The Tokico HP Blues will hold up much better with lowering springs compared to the KYB GR-2's.
