Default Water in Trunk

I keep finding water ( 1/2 " deep ) in the well where the spare tire is. Sometimes it makes its way into the back seat area where your feet go. I can't find how it is getting there. Any ideas?

Check the tails lights. Sometimes aftermarket tails lights dont have the best gasket on them! Ask for the the back seat check your windows.

Check the tail light, and the main trunk seal. Sometimes the trunk seal gets mashed up in places and the seal doesn't go all the way around.

Water in trunk equals:

bad tail light seals
bad trunk seal
(if you have a spoiler), bad screw hole seals.

I think I've got water trapped inside my spoiler. I can hear it sloshing when I lift the trunk but none ever comes out.

Not really, but it kinda freaks me out that there's water trapped in there somehow. You'd think if it got in it could get back out, even by evaporation if there was a hole on the top or something. But no, it just sits in there. I'll wait for the weather to get cold and see if it freezes.
