Default vibrating neon

I have a 2004 Dodge Neon, with approx. 63,000 miles. Two weeks ago I put 2 new tires on the back (not the same as OE), but I put 1 tire on one week and the other a week after that. Three weeks before that I had to put on a new cam position sensor. Now since I put that tire on at speeds from approx. 45 mph, I get a bad vibration that you can feel thru the accelerater, the emergency brake handle and you can hear it. Took the car back to the tire dealer this morning (5 Nov) and had them checked. The first tire that went on the car they did a 180 degree turn on it. That didn't work. My question is: can the cam get out of position and cause the vibration? One other thing, my check engine light is on, code says its my distributor. H E L P!!!!!

Yeah post up the CEL code. Since its coming through the pedal its more then likely a problem with your front end specifically.Probably like Pharm said though, the tires arent balanced (properly or otherwise).... Even though that should have been taken care of at the tire shop...

I'm at work right now, so I don't remember the code, but it came up misfiring, and everything points to the ignition coil as I have put new plugs and wires on it 5000 miles ago.

what kind of wires? Cause aftermarkets are ****!!! What kind of plugs? If the coils bad you'll see corrosion on the terminals most of the time. Cheapo wires will do it every time though.
