Hi this is my first post.

I just got a 2000 Neon for free I dont know alot about the neon butI can get my hands on a stock SRT-4 cat back
and I wanted to know if it just bolts on or if it takes more then that I'm putting on a header to.

Im pretty sure it somewhat bolts up, you have to bend some hangers. As long as its the 2.5" tubing, you should be fine.
