Default quick seafoam question

ok, just making sure i got this right.

To clean injectors I start car and let it run for about 5 minutes? then I poor 1/3 pint of seafoam into vac line while running. then turn it off and restart after 5 minutes.

Then to clean the lifters and stuff I just poor the rest(a little over half) into the oil case?

Let me know if im wrong. Thanks

ok, nvm. Pretty sure I got it now. So I will poor 33% into vac line, then 33% into gas, then when I need an oil change I will put 33% in the oil crank case.

I personally see NO reason to put it in the crank case when IMO there are better cleaners out there. You can pick up this oil cleaning stuff at autozone, forgot what it's called but it's in a grey bottle and it works better than Seafoam.

I put about 50/50 in the vac and gas. Damn that stuff is a crazy octane booster....I got like 28mpg!

Yeah I can give you the best I can.

I would HIGHLY suggest replacing your plugs. No amount of logic can convince me to avoid spending $5 to be safe.

Use the vac line that connects the PCV to the intake manifold. It's where your catch can normally goes.

No tools I can think of. If you have a catch can, just a flathead screwdriver to take off the clamps. You MIGHT NEED A PAN OR BOWL, i found it easier to maintain how much seafoam went into the car if you had it all spread out

-Turn car on
-Unhook vac line that leads from PCV valve on the right side of the engine (by the battery) You will notice the car will rev on it's own and pretty much have a freaky idle. YOU WANT TO UNHOOK THE SIDE BY THE BATTERY, THIS IS WHERE YOU WILL GET VACCUM. DON'T BE A DUMBASS LIKE MYSELF AND TRY TO POUR SEAFOAM THROUGH YOUR PCV VALVE.
-Put the vac hose either into the seafoam can or into your bowl of seafoam and allow it to suck it up. You will notice that the engine is stumbling and trying to die. Keep pouring it in, letting off on the pouring when you feel it's going to totally die.
-Turn the car off once you're poured as much as you wanted to. Some say to let the car die, I didnt' want to risk hydrolock, so just turn the car off.
-Let the car sit with the seafoam for ATLEAST 30 minutes, as long as you can to let the stuff work in there.
-Pour the rest in the gas tank while you're waiting
-Start the car, drive like a madman and let the smoke shoot out.

WOT the **** out of it. As you can see...i was still smoking after wearing on it, so be prepared to smoke. And I don't know how el paso police is...but be careful and have a good explanation handy (if you can even talk yourself out of it)
