What kind of bulbs are you guys using for your headlights? It would be nice to hear actual experiences from people with second gen Neons. Im thinking about using Eurolite Super Plasma bulbs, trying to get the as close to theHID effect without paying for it. Ive heard good things about Eurotlite so thinking about giving them a shot. I definitely will not be using eurodezigns or that other cheap crap on ebay. Also how high should you push the wattage rating on the bulbs? Don't want to melt the wiring harness. Thanks

 

Well in my black housings Im using hid like bulbs that are blue/gold . I was thinkin about getting some silverhawks at walmart though heard they are really good bulbs.

 

Ive heard about the silverstars but seem a bit pricey. Ive heard alot of people complain that you don't get what you pay for. What hid like bulbs are you runnin AirWolf?

Silver Stars. Low beams look like high beams. Very nice bulbs. I like em best, worth the money.

 

Are the silverstars WHITE? I mean white! I want bright white bulbs...nothing yellow

 

I got Silverstar Ultras. Expensive though. $50 for both bulbs. There very nice and bright. Much better than the ones that I already had.

 

GE Night Hawks = highest temp bulb available without ordering special halogens off the internet or going HID. And yes, they are brighter then craptastic Silverstars.

 

I'm getting some silverstars for $15 bucks...hope they don't go out in 4 months.[&:]
