this is my problem. my car is shaking when i stop at red lights and stops signs. I believe it is the idle control valve but i am not sure. if anyone can help that would be great. also on most other cars there is a screw that can beeadjusted, i cant find where that is. if anyone knows, it would be great if you could help.

check the rubber on your motor mounts... probably ripped and time for new ones.

 

Yeah, if it idles rough then maybe a tune up is in need, and if its ok on idle, but just vibrates at stop signs and red lights, then you probably just need new motor mounts. Mine are worn too, gonna be getting new ones very soon.
