I fit one of those wannabe little giant ladders in my car just by folding the seat down. I didn't even have to take any seats out or leave my trunk open.

 

Making use of his space.

 

i belive that was a 9 foot(16 total or so), just folded front passengerseat down, my trunk was close on the ride back, borrowed from my girlfriends mom, had a cat stuck on the roof of a 2 floor building and she had been there for 3 days already with no water or food, so i decided to get her down, was at the end ladder was too small and got a bigger one, try to get her down but when i got her on midair she jumped back onto the roof, so when i grab her again just trew her down.. yea shes fine cats always land on their feet, well exept this one landed on the bushes
