Default Selector Cable Help

Hey I'm pretty new to this, I had 00' Neon but that got wrecked so I took a 03" R/T I love and everything but I'm worried about hidden problems you know, its got 84k on it and I noticed the selector cable is missing its bushing, I heard of these booger bushings and was wondering if these things actually really worked and if anyone can walk me through it I would very much appreciate it.

Yea I am, the selector cable of the of shifter cable if that makes any sense, I would much rather try out the booger bushing than rather spend in the high hundreds to take it to the dealership, where can I find these booger bushings and how much do they usually run? How do install as well? Just squeeze it in?

MOdern performance.com has them. Yeah, they basically just push on very hard. They're around 20-25 dollars if i remember right. If you are missing a bushing, it must be sloppy as hell shifting.

Nah its not that sloppy thank god my gf saw it otherwise i would try to gun it and run the risk of it slipping out, I'm just really slow and careful with the shifting till I get that fixed but thanks.
