bogging down. HELP!!

ok so when i'm giving me car a descent amount of throttle it boggs down... kinda like puttering.... losing a great deal of torque... i have no clue what is going on. HELP??!?!?!?!?

ha ha your so funny.... no it does it at high rpms low rpms, any rpms.... just as long as i am giving it alot of gas it boggs and putters
