Default Anyone, Please HELP

recently when i stop at red lights and stop signs, my car starts to vibrate vigerously. my lights dim down and it feels like my car is about to die. then when i turn the steering wheel to the left or right, my car comes back too normal. i had a feelingthe problem had something to do with the idle or the car. (the idle aircontol valve.) i bought a new one and replaced the old one but the vibrating didn't go away. my next guess would be that my caburator is bad but thats only a guess. ANYONE, PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU COULD!!!!!
