when did you last fill the gas tank up? is bad fuel a possibility? I'm trying to figure out that lean condition. Other things I'd look at would be the O2 sensor voltage and maybe a quick voltage check on the tps (not that I think that would be the prob, easy to check with a scanner though)

I forgot to include a quick map sensor check, though i'd still expect the car to run.

When it does run, does it sound like it is running on all 4 or is it still missing??

removed the MAP sensor and the engine started and ran at a relitivle normal idle, can not run throttle open or else engine bogs down, dealer posts approx $133 for the map sensor, anyone know if theres a place to get it cheaper?

Ok my questions is, are you sure it is the map sensor? I have had the same problem before and it always seemed to be the cam position sensor. As far as running lean pull your bank 1 O2 sensor clean it and see if that helps with running lean.
