nice, good thing u are working on the car, unfortunatly i have not really done anything to mine, rearsway bar is off and i am taking the control arms and spindles off to put new wheel bearing and ball joints in.... besides that still waiting on money... arnt we all? keep up the good work and as for the box i am not really sure what it is, i dont have it on my car,

it must have been only on the r/t's. because none of my other buddies that have an 00-02 have it ( then again they are all ES models.)

I'll keep you all posted on what is to come.

that box is the cruise control box... it is what controls the throttle pos. when u have the cruise control on.... just thought i'd let you know :-D

btw mine is an ES model and i have it... do you buddies have cruise control...? :-P

ok that makes sense... Thanks Izero. I did have cruise, and I took it out. No use for it. I guess then I can seal off that vac line and be done with it.

Well, today I called in sick today from work due to waiting on furniture arriving at my house. Ofcourse they give me a window from 7am to 10pm...

Since is it nice out today I though that I would continue tearing down for the turbo... So this is what I was able to do before lunch.

I broke loose the exhaust bolts on the mid pipe and loosen all the bolts off the exhaust manifold and with a little help by a hammer
