Default spark plug help!

ok I'm nearing the 90k mark, on 03 R/T and I just wanna get the spark plug situation outta the way but i also wanted to do it right, so far I ordered the msd coil pack and spark plug wires, but I don't know which plugs to get, also I tend to have a lil prob. trying to hit the high rpm seems to jump a lil around 5k and then it will go, can anyone explain this to me, not too car savvy just yet I read in the lil book about torquing it I believe its 100 in pd. not positive atm anyone know where to get a good torque wrench for cheap? lol thanks.

I've never torqued spark plug in my life... hand tight, then quarter turn is my method.

Yep thats my method as well. The torque wrenches are right there, but hey, its a little overkill IMO.

But as for which spark plugs to run, I have the Denso Iridium plugs and I have no complaints, excpet for their price lol. But NGK or plain old Champions will work just fine also.

Stock champions, Autolite copper cores, or I am running Bosch supers and they work pretty good as well.

Did the same thing though when i switch to NGK... not trying to say it's not the right way, but i had my spark plug popped out right when i was about to go to the airport... lucky i was still in the city, so i had my friend give me a ride to an autoshop to get extension and socket... scared the **** out of me when it popped off because i hear weird popping noise in the engine, smell smoke, and thought i was going to miss the flight to toronto...
