I just bought an 01 Neon with 80,000 miles on it for 3000. I like it a lot but there are some minor problems. The horn does not work. I took the right head light off and it was under there. I tried to check the leads going to the horn but they were not getting any power. I hooked the horn up to the battery manunally and it worked. I checked the relay in the fuse box and it worked. The only thig left is the connection at the steering wheel correct? and how should I go about fixing that.
There are some more problems the odometer does not seem to work correctly once I turn the car on and go it workis fine but if I only go one or two miles after I turn off the car it does not save in the car so the next time I turn on the car the odometer goes back the one or two miles I drove. But ifi drive more than 5 miles it works fine.
If anyone has any helpful sugestions please reapond.
