Got my neon back! 334 bucks later and a new knuckle, drum plate, lateral linkage arms/control arms, and bearing later! and she's good as new, except the tracking, she now wants to drift left when the steering wheel is straight. gotta take her back to the guy and tell him to straighten the wheel up. but. everything is good now
