Thank you I own only dodge yeah I changed almost my whole interior last on my last is repainting some things and getting leather seats front and rear. I will have pics when I get the stuff done.

I have painted interiors on a few cars and Neons aren't too difficult. Most ofthe panels aresnap off, snap on. Duplicolor interior paint seems to work the best, but you could use anything really. I used Wal-Mart $.96 cans a few times and they work well. Here's what i did to my '01 a couple months back. hopethis helps.

I also have a cf /red dash kit coming and its real red carbon fiber not decals like most.

Mine is mostly stock, exept for the rear buckets, and roll cage, and guages in the air vents...... black seats and carpet, gauges are sport comp auto meter, and the cage is silver..... not a fan of more than three collrs on one car....

 

Both of your stuff you painted looks good and not overdone cont and sonic. Nothing is overdone unless you have to many colors but if your going with two colors than its nicely done like my interior mines black and red.
