Default power (windows, locks and mirrors) conversion

I currently have a base 2000 neon that has 97800 miles on it. I would like to know how much a power window, locks and mirror conversion might cost me. Such as parts i would have to buy or get from a junk yard. I also would like to install factory fog lights on my car but no one remakes the wiring harness is there any other way to hook them up?

wireing harness of course, follow it all the way to wherever it ends, u could just get the motors and harness, and the plastic base thing, figueres it'd be cheaper?

dont think it'd be included, u could go to the dealer ask them what parts and part#'s u would need, i kno the sxt have powered windows, side mirrors and door locks, therfor it allows a keyless remote, u would have to go to a junk yard and figuere out how it all is conected and wired, and see what fuses u'd be needing and all, it'd be a pain forsure tho, fog light harness u can get a the dealer, i'd recomend u'd get everything from the junk yard, use

remnebr 00-05 will fit
