Ok i just bought a 04 neon, and I was wondering what mods can i make to it?? I know body kits and all, but i mean engine wise. I am so used to working on honda tuners. So if anyone could helpme out i would appreciate it

I have never worked on cars before; however, I just got a new SXT (Black) and want to start. It would be great if you guys could sort of walk me through this - tell me what you have done to yours, and how it has changed your performance - tell me your trail and errors - tell me what are the best parts and websites you have found etc... 1st modifications should be a Cold air intake, cat-back exhuast, motor mounts, good plug wires. Those you can do in any order pretty much and are fairly easy to do for a beginer. There is a million different things you can do, its all what you want. Do you want a car that goes really fast or do you just want a car that just looks good?

 

I am most interested in speed. I will do the exterior later.

 

Start with the mods I mentioned, some will give you better increases than others, but without those mods its not much. Those are the mods that will give you the best potential to build on. There are many different Intakes and exhuasts the will work, its still an art. But any qusestions you have we can do our best to answer, I have searched many sites and the best and most accurate information I get is on this site.
