Default clutch ?'s

so i found out that my clutch is crapping out on me. any suggestions on where to get a new one. i am ok with getting a oem replacment, but if it's not much more for a performance one then i'll go that route. but i dont know much about clutch's and the differances in them. i also heard that i could possible use a clutch from a pt cruiser! any suggestions would help thnx

if your not making tons of power, then there is no need for an upgraded clutch. Save some money and by a stock one.

Don't take offense, but your post made me chuckle... I take it you've never modded anything but your neon.

Accually, i had a 67 mustang that i built from the ground up, and a jeep wrangler, that i lifted, but never got into engine work (it was only a four cylinder) but i have never messed with the fuel injection stuff alot, and my mustang never cost me this much, but was slower than my neon.....

so i have done both carbs, and fuel injecton is ALOT more expensive than carbs, i am not saying that i am the most experienced, but i know my way around a car......

I don't doubt you know your way around a car... Didn't mean it to come off that way. I'll agree with the carb part, my 442 was fun and cheap to mess with.

I've modded saabs and bmw's before and they make the neon look like a toy when it comes to pricing. I could put drilled and slotted rotors on the neon for the price of one OEM rotor for my saab.
