2 and 3 share a coil. Time for plugs and wires. If it continues then get a coil.
If you have a DVOM (Multi-Meter) you can get the FSM out and check the coil ressistance and see if you can find if it is bad. May not show up till operating though so not definitive.

-I'd say shoot for new plugs and wires first. My Mother-in-law's '92 Toyota Paseo was doing this very same thing then it wouldn't start at all. Similar setup with plugs too, down in the valve cover. Anyhow, I pulled the wires one at a timeand had her crank the engine to try to start it, and all four plug wires were arcing through the side of the boot. New plugs and wires and now the car is purring right along. My Mother-in-law said that it's now running better than it has in the past 4-6 months.
