Default rims stuck!!!!!!

Ok while driving yesterday i guess i ran over something sharp and myis nowthetire is going down.
The problem is that i cant get the tire changed because the person i got the car from didnt have the wheel locks.
Anouther problem i CANNOT just snap them off because every F***ing lugnut is a lock.
Here is a pic , any1 know what brand or manufacturer this is from?

And here is a better picture showing the actual lock. I do know it is a 6 point.

go to a shop any dealership and find out when the Matco tools guy comes they have a wheel lock kit that will get almost any off..there is another tool they use...all it is is a socket thats spiral inthe middle and you get a air gun and twist it on then jus pull it off like a regular nut...

Almost looks like you could use a large torx socket on them.

Also i called up this 1 place and they wanted 50 bucks for the key what a rip off.

looking at it is gonig to be a socket, but instead of being able to put a bolt in, there is a spiral like shape that will fit in the lock
