now i find it suspicious that you say you had a black srt in late 07, but that would have to be recently, i joined i think about a year ago and ever since then i have not heard of you getting a black srt in the past few months. i know you posted about it before but the timing does not make any sense.

TO THE ORIGINAL POSTER; I am looking for an SRT as well and believe I have found a decent one. I believe the 04/05 would be best, they changed a few things that could be found in this link (if it works) and should help you a lot, i know it helped me narrow it down.

yeah I never mentioned her until now Im a member over on srt forums and they knew about her just wanted to keep her silent on here and just talk about what you all have sxt or ses or r/ts . They both are in the past anyways and not planning on getting another srt4 or caliber . Im tired off cars I want a lifted ram with the works. My main thing is to finish modding my sxt for shows workin on her as much as I can but she will be done by middle spring . Than I can look for that lifted ram I want.

No problem, but honestly this is the 2gn, for the slow N/A neons that are nothing like SRT's aside from seatbelt covers and the chasis.

Just search a LOT on SRTforums and get a good feel of the problems and pluses of owning an SRT-4.

I would personally get an 04. It's going to be really hard to find one that hasn't been driven to **** because they're made to.

 

they weren't made to be driven to ****, it's the people that own them that drive with their lead foot that drive em to ****. From what I have read they are pretty reliable cars if well maintained. I'm sure there are people out there that have loads of money that purposely drive them to ****, but I don't think any car is made to be driven to ****, maybe a track car or something

You always said you had 1 srt4 acr never 2.
and you have told many stories that contradict (i think thats how you spell it) each other.

I really do appreciate all the info from everyone. I have ammo to narrow my search. I really didn't think this would get to 3 pages... Good for you if you dont believe me . Dont have anything I care to prove to you or the others who dont believe me like all that are suppose to have me on there ignore list but dont ignore me . You all know who you are. I will post pics when Im good and ready if ever of my acrs or new pics of my show sxt . To the thread starter I would just keep your gto they are alot more fun and nicer to have than a srt4 neon.

 

I classify "driven to ****" as being able to take A LOT.

Who the **** puts stock internals capable of 400hp if they're meant to be kept stock?

Obviously a manufacturer that wants you to keep your car stock & drive ONLY to church on sundays.
