I know this does not belong under neon but no1 is under there so i will say it where there is people.
So today while i was driving around a came upon a dealer with 2 caliber srt4's.
One was red and the other black.
The black colored caliber had body color b-pillars and c-pillars and the red caliber had those crappy plastic overlays.
I have seen this on only the black colored calibers.
Is this something that dealers did or do they come like that?
And if they do come like that then why did they do it to the black srt4's only? because in my opinion the body color looks a hell of alot better than the plastic crap on any color.
p.s. the black looks nicer when looking at the actual car its alot better lokking than what it seems in the pictures.

I asked my dealer the same thing when I test drove both the black and kind of like a dark red color caliber srt4 and they said that the blacks came with different stuff than thered onelike the pillers painted to match just the way they came . I guess dodge thought they would sell more black caliber srt4s than any other color so they would dress the black up better.

well all the pillars are painted body color, its just hat they have that piece of crap plastic glued over.
And the dark red color you talked about is Inferno Red crystal pearl.
If you were to take the b- pillars off your neon right now, underneath all that glue it would be body color. gl getting those off if you ever try.
In addition a local dealer that is close with my family said that a fully loaded srt-4 for me would cost 3k less than sticker + incentives just because my mother works for manheim auto action.
Which means every car i or my family buys the dealer we buy it from gets a mere 50 bucks for selling the car. lol

Yeah I like how the look alot, I do more and more I see them. The black is definetly the best followed closely by the silver. I havent seen a sunburst orange one yet though.
But, Im looking at a few good deals on Nsrt4s but, if I cant get one of those. Dodge already approved my loan for a CSRT4....
