yea i have a 01 neon RT i want to get a short shifter do i need any other modifications to put this in also i was wondering whats better a short ram intake/or/a cold air intake which is better and cheaper and how to take the top dash panel off with out breaking any clips or what ever is held there

i am willing to trade my stock RT i had a brand new muffler put on cause it wouldnt pass the inspection so there is about 5 grand on it i want either a 3 in. exhaust or an SRT-4 exhaust thats not all ill trade my headlights and taillights for 03 or higher i have a rt spoiler and would like to trade for a wing that needs to be at least 52 in wide also will trade my stock rims for different ones but stock must be 5-lug and lowprofile tires there really isnt anything that i will not trade for if you want to trade just let me know

if you want to trade stock parts for aftermarket parts you better have some cash to add in as well... so yea....good luck with that
