Default mopar parts center

Well i hope none of you have ordered parts recently from them. Because you won't get them. I ordered a locking gas cap from them 2-3 weeks ago, they are located in Scottsdale. Well I haven't recieved the part so I called them, well after getting transferred and put on hold a couple times, they said the system has been down for a while, they don't have acess to the system. They asked me for my info so they can order it for me, I told them just forget it. Let's just say I will never order from them ever again. Hopefully my local dealership can get me the part.

i agree with you. when installing my megan springs, i cut my outer cv boot. dealer said it was 75 bucks and would take three weeks to get it to me. went to local dealers and they all told me the part wasnt available to them yet. for an 05?? are you kidding me. anyway, a week later i called the dodge dealer back and asked them what other year neons had the same part number for that cv boot. he said 01-07 neons all had same outer cv boot part number and BAM!! its a miracle. hes got a ton of them in stock. should the dealership know this info?? anyway. went back to local part store, picked up the boot for my neon and paid 11.99. dodge dealer lost some buisiness from me.

if im not mistaken, wasnt the last year the neon was made was 2005. i know that some 2005 models were sold in 2006 as a 2006 model but it was still from the 2005 production line right?
