So far the car turns over but wont start, The only codes I have is the P0038 Ho2s Bank 1 sen Bank 2 senHeater circuit high. Its the only code its throwing. I put in a new camshaft sensor, spark plugs. I check to see if i was getting spark and all are good. Could this code be the reason why it wont start? If it is, is it the sensor on the manifold?
