Default CAI Question

I been looking to buy a cai for awhile but i haven't gotten the chance to do so. I looked at ebay and found a couple of CAI that i liked but i wanted to know if both of this would fit my 04 neon se and which one looks better. Here are the website. The second link thats the one i like but i don't know if it fits. Thanks for the help.

Hmm... I'd go with the second one. The first one doesn't look like it has a mouting bracket for the battery tray. I paid $50 for my polished ebay CAI and then bought a K&N filter for another $50. WARNING: When you buy a ebay CAI DO NOT use the ebay filter. I kept my ebay filter on for 3 or 4 months and when I took it off I found out it didn't trap any dirt. Heres the part # for the K&N you need. K&N Part # RC-9630.
