You can find the VDI kit for around $1200 to $1400 it's a very good kit I have had mine on for almost a year with no problems, even with sub zero temps the doors hold themselves up, heard this was a problem with some kits. As for the wire harness you have to make your own as there is not enough play in the stock one, the kit comes with everything you need to extend them. Other than that the inner fenders need to be "rolled" to make room for the hinges, all together its about a 6 - 8 hour job with most time spent making the extended harness and adjusting the hinges. Hope this answers your questions, good luck.

DO NOT BUY FROM EBAY!!!! there was a kid that bought a kit around my town and they r the biggest p.o.s crap...... never stay in line, and have to mess with the door to get it to shut!!! just my experience with them......

650 will work fine, might be able to get away with 600 if it don't get too cold where you live. What kit did you get?
