Coming out from hard acceleration at low RPMS, that throttlebody kills your low end. But it makes it up on the top end.
Other than that, I have no idea. Shouldn't need more fuel, you should be fine for a while before you need inectors(you have a LONG list of mods ahead of you before you need more fuel...).

Depends. What are your future plans?
We have plenty of info up-top for you about things like cams and headers. Knowing what you want to do will help a lot with that next step.
Forced Induction, or N/A is the biggest question.
F/I = Turbo Grind Cam, valve springs, and a long list of parts
N/A= A N/A Big Beefy Cam, valve springs, retainers, Longtube Header, etc.

its b/c if you do the calculation for what size TB you need you end up with 55mm the MPx TB is 60mm which is a tad too big for our tiny 2.0L's
this is why i am going to see if Modern will make me a custom 55mm TB b/c i dont plan on going FI anymore... too many miles on her for a turbo so i might as well just keep it N/A :-\ and save for something better
