1. Neons do not have 420As
2. 420As are DOHC engines, not SOHC
Neon engines:
SOHC 2.0l - "S4RE" or "ECB"
SOHC 2.0l HO - "S4REM" or "ECH"
DOHC 2.0l - "D4RE" or "ECC"
